When I met Janet, she was teaching water aerobics, and I was doing step aerobics three times a week. Our sports have changed a bit, but we're still very active. She now walks for about an hour and a half each morning (before I wake up - I don't do mornings). I get a good deal of my exercise by playing Ultimate Frisbee, which is a lot like soccer, but with supposedly less contact.
We also enjoy swimming, snorkling, tennis, hiking, camping, kayaking, horseback riding, bicycling, snow skiing, and an occasional game of golf.
