Although there are many wonderful places around the world that we've yet to explore, there are some incredible places right here in the USA that deserve our attention. In 2006, we took a wonderful two week trip to Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. In April 2007, we took a roadtrip to Lubock, Texas to hear my daughter's singing recital (for her Masters in music). Before returning home, we took the time to explore New Mexico.
We love to spent time in the Caribbean, especially on Cruises. We've also been fortunate to spend time on the Mayan Riviera, one of my favorite destinations.
In March and April of 2007, we visited Aunt Margaret and other relatives in England. We also spent some time in France. On the return flight from Paris to Atlanta, Janet managed to snap a few pictures of the tip of Nova Scotia.
In 1997, two years before I met Janet, I took a trip to Malaysia and Singapore to do some island hopping and visit some of the people I met when I was in the Peace Corps in Kota Bharu in the mid 70's. While in the Peace Corps, and after completing my service as a high school math teacher, I did a great deal of traveling and did my best to see a large part of the world before returning to Georgia and continuing a career in information systems.

In transitioning from Google Pages to Google Sites, I lost a much of the travel section of this side. I'm working to restore content and photos as time permits.
UPDATE: September 2021 - now I'm being forced to transition to "new" Google Sites. What an awful and terribly confusing name! It's impossible to find accurate information about the "new" Google Sites because there is so much now misleading information about "old" Google Sites.
