When I was working with Bellsouth, my job took me to a number of cities around the country, but I didn't have a great deal of time for sightseeing. I managed to take Janet on a business trip to Boston before I retired.
In January of 2000, we took a trip to California to visit friends, and do a little skiing at Lake Tahoe.
Our trips close to home, in the Southeast USA have taken us to Orlando and Amelia Island in Florida, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and New Orleans, Louisiana.
In February of 2006, we took a trip to the Southwest USA to explore Nevada, Arizona, and Utah.
In April of 2007, on a trip to Texas to visit my daughter, we spent some time exploring New Mexico. On the way home, we traveled though Oklahoma and Arkansas.
In August of 2007 we visited Michigan. On the way, we camped out in Kentucky.
